Returns & Exchanges

At Temperley, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If your order is not quite right, you can return or exchange any item within 14 days of receipt, provided it remains in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our online portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging and secure them inside the shipping box, ensuring the return form is included inside.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the pre-paid shipping label provided through our portal and attach it to the outside of your parcel, removing or covering any previous delivery labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized courier point and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our studio.
